If you receive this message or a similar one and are unsure if it actually from your bank or not. I suggest you contact your bank directly (not via the link in the text message).
Appreciate this seems to be a legit and helpful company from the other messages left here, but I just received a call from these guys and had no idea why they were calling me. An Asian gentleman said he was from talk talk and needed to check my router. Asked for access to my PC which I reluctantly gave as he was able to give me part of my address and my talk talk account number. Offered me a refund of ?200 but I needed to access my bank account. He had control of my PC so I did not want to do this. Hung up on him as he was too persistent for comfort!!!

SCAM - Indian-sounding gentleman. Claimed to be from "Phone House" offering a 40% discount on my mobile package.
I have had my number for about 10 years and have been getting calls for Mrs Lisa Judge from all this different numbers and I keep telling them please remove my number as I am not the person, guess what? I get another caller in 24 hours!!!!

Automated message left telling me there was a £300 and £1000 charge on my card. (No mention of which card). This was incorrect and therefore message is most likely a scam.
