Text came through on my phone as Barclays - it doesn't matter who you bank with ALWAYS check with your bank or Google the number, anyone asking for bank details or card reader over a text message is screaming SCAM

SCAM Theyre the scum of the earth, & patently obviously a scam, & even when they rang me this morning, waking me up, & i always wake up in a medication fuelled delirious state of confusion, but despite my state of confusion & prolific history of defrauding the HMRC, including a recent investigation, it was still a laughable attempt by what were probably Nigerians (they sounded like that anyway) going through a london based geographic number (that means f all tho).

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 15137524xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing / accident chasers / PPI - but also surveys, wide scope telemarketing call centre. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are more similar numbers already reported from the same call centre range (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - and mostly reported as "Claim Law" company from London - insurance marketing, accident claims... Did someone answer this number? I use the blocking app from these pages, can block range of numbers :)

They are very impolite to try and get a missed payment out of you or to try and get you to pay more and don't care if you can't afford too.
