I also live in Finland and never answer a call from an unknown number without looking it up first. I also had a call from a similar number ending in 0871 6 days ago, which I blocked.

I phoned this number back as it looked similar to a friends number and they had called twice, only to be greeted by a voicemail about some marketing campaign from what sounded like someone on helium or possibly a 5 year old child!! Definitely block this number!
