Another accident claim call, different this time though as it was a recorded message designed to sound polite and conversational like a live caller. Company name was stated but too quickly and barely audibly. States they have information of involvement in an accident and asks to confirm whether you have had an accident in last 3 years. Cut off when incorrect responses given!

Knew surname of account holder and a partially correct address for the property (i.e. they d got the address from an address database, and not from us). They called me and asked for me by name, and claimed to be from the Citizens advice desk and when i asked why they were calling they told me to f off and hung up the phone
SCAM I was told it was Barclays Security Team, when I said I'd not had a credit card for 2 years, The guy turned around and told me it was Barclaycard Debit card fraud team, which to my knowledge, Barclaycard don't do a Debit card.
