I am the first to comment but I notice I m the 176th person who has tried to find out of this is a dodgy scam/marketing call. I would say the chances are quite high that it is. Let your telephone do the work. If there is no voicemail left then there is no urgency to speak with them!

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Thieves claiming to be from microsoft. If you do what they ask they will steal all your passwords and account details, raid your bank account , paypall account etc. Don t let them, keep the buggers talking as long as you can but do not do what they ask.
