The person on the other end told me they were ringing to review my mortgage. When I told her I was uncomfortable discussing it over the phone, she got aggressive and rude. She told me my husband had requested a callback which I knew was a lie because he doesn t deal with this stuff over the net or phone!! when I said that he wouldn t have requested a callback she was really abusive and before she could hang up I told her how rude she was!! Fuming!

Sent me information on buying carbon credits after me avoiding them for weeks - now they are trying to ring me 4 times a day - I just reject the call now ..... mobile rang a couple of times I tried to call back but operator said the number was not recognized. In view of the above comments about the high charge I guess I was lucky.

As others, I answered the phone and waited, and waited, and waited. After around 15 seconds I heard it start to dial out, and someone then began to speak but I closed the call before responding. Clearly a call centre whose autodial is calling faster than their agents can respond.

This number has called me before but there is silence at the other end when I speak.
