I keep getting these calls from mobile numbers which have the same first few digits as my own, I never answer them, but they must be dangerous.

The male voice asks for a Vic P several times ; then qualifies the request by asking a male respondeé ( me - not sure where the acute goes ) for a Mrs. Vic is generic in one further way :
