Fed up getting calls from this unknown number

Silent call nuisance.

These people have been calling me for weeks. I have told them that I am not the person they are asking for "Mrs Humphries" and asked them numerous times to take me off their list but still they call. As soon s they realise I am not the person they want they disconnect sometimes whilst I am mid sentence. Infuriating!

These have called me 4 times today and as is said above it is PPI

Person with an Asian accent (after a delay) introducing himself as Peter Thompson purporting to be from BT claimed someone in America was using my IP address and accessing emails . Asked what devices I was using to access the internet. The scammer wasn t afraid to argue back aggressively when I told him in no uncertain terms I knew this was an attempt to hack in to the internet.

Woman with Indian accent asked for me by name, when I asked who was calling she hung up! Lots of background noise!!

They asked for my name and if I had a life insurance. I said thank you but I am not interested. They replied on a very rude way: "I am not asking you if you are interested or not, just if you have or not a life insurance". I said no thanks, and goodbye. I doubt that would be the best way to communicate with customers...

ANY CALL about computer problems, your broadband, router, viruses, hacked IP address, your phone line or broadband being cut off, offering discounts, etc., IS ALWAYS A SCAM. ...
