This number has tried calling me several times in the last couple of weeks; this is the first time I've answered as I didn't recognise the number but suspected it to be a nuisance or unsolicited call. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 12249246xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with inusrance marketing, PPI - Industrial Hearing Injury, but also loans - financial manage

Keeps ringing me I never usually answer but this morning I did . Was a man spoke very quick all I caught was police several words then police . Obviously the police ring from private numbers so I thought I'd try and find out who they were.

Got a call from this number but just pressed decline as it was showing a Malawi area ???? Presumably a scam of some sort

Called re: a (fictional) car crash that my housemate was supposedly in (bill payer for the phone line). Only have his title and his last name. When asked when the accident happened they say 'in the last few years' and when asked for the address of the company they only say 'South West London'. When I said that we were registered with the Telphone Preference Service and the unsolicited call was illegal and could they add the number to their Do Not Call list, they hung up

I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?

Again, trying to me to submit a claim for 'minor discomfort'. When I said there wasn't any discomfort I was told not to worry as there's no medical review. This is inducement to make fraudulent claims! The caller couldn't believe I wasn't prepared to make such a claim - he passed me to his manager! Avoid, don't engage with these people!
