They call me all the time and I'm becoming so annoyed. They don't even speak they just hang up, so what is the point of even calling?! You try to ring them back and it just tells you the number is not in service. I also had calls from a similar number who claim they got my number from my car finance company - very concerning and I tell the to F off on the rare occasion they do actually speak!!

Unsolicited call regarding motor accident, which never happened. When challenged as to how they got my number, which is covered by TPS. They said they got it from Motor Insurance Bureau, I asked for their details as I was going to report them. They hung up.
