This is a SCAM. They called me pretending to be Sky and asking about my broadband. I work in IT so my knowledge is quite broad. What they try and do is get you to visit a website that enables them to take over your machine. They then hold you to ransom to "fix" (release) your machine. Avoid at all costs. Just put the phone down.
Called this evening. I did not answer and caller rang off.. Seems like a new spam call
