SCAM Third Chelmsford number blocked today. They hung up when I answered but upon dialling the number displayed, was met with automated message saying CB Brokers or CD Brokers. Suspect it's the same scumbags who have been scamming my elderly mother for a number of years by signing her up for appliance insurance for appliances she doesn't own. The number called from was not 839, the number was 849. the 849 number was not listed. The 849 number said they were the I. R. S.. "SCAM" Was the call from England or Ohio?

This number sent an invoice for £452.49 allegedly for ASDA groceries

It’s from Russia and i suspect it’s a scam site but still anything from Russia I wouldn’t class as safe.

This seems to be a scam, someone pretending to be someone's child, saying 'Hi Mum, this is my new number. My phone doesn't turn on on anymore so now you can text and call me on this number'. My child would not write like this. Please be aware.

Claims to be from EE promotions, I thought it was true as I did recently ask EE to call me as I was in the realm for an upgrade. However there didn't even ask who I was, there went straight into trying to flog me a Iphone 15 pro (Which doesn't even exist yet) and this is not on the list of number on the EE website which are genuine EE numbers: https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/offers-and-services/other/phone-calls-from-our-partners Be careful.

This number rang twice before 9am this morning, I never answer these scam calls from people I don't know, should be made illegal by our useless government.

Unsure about this number. Text came through telling me to book a PCR test with a link to click. Didn’t click but causes unnecessary concern by saying I have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for Omicron.

SCAM Called about a non existent accident in January 2022. It seemed to be a follow-up call to the one I had this afternoon when I gave the date of the accident as January 2022. That call came from 0208 050 5310.

Scam. Caller said it was Windows technical dept concerned about my computer. Asked if I was sitting at my computer. Told me to type in certain things. I put phone down

My wife answered the phone, and an apparently recorded message said that there was a suspicious transaction involving a £300 bill from Amazon which had not been paid. Then she was asked to press some number at which point she ended the call. I found the callers number by using 1471. The call appears to be a scam.
