Anyway it was a recorded message claiming to be from BT saying our broadband IP address had been hacked and would be switched off within 24 hours and to press 1 for more info. Had this number call our house phone and leave a message on our answering machine, sounded like a party going on in the background, some man then said "hello" 3 times before saying either "Jamie/Janey" come on please talk to me" neither of which live here.. we dont normally answer the phone until we know who it is, we get alot of telemarketing/cold callers so calls like this seem it could be a con/trick to get you to answer the phone, i saw on another site that that number has been marked as they are debt c

I have received calls for several weeks from this number, but I always ignore the phone. They never leave a message. Such a nuisance. At least I have only had 8 calls from them in the last month. Now blocked!!
