Inbound call. They said CSA and asked for NI. I didn t have it so they said they would ask security questions. Hackles went up so I asked them for a number to call back on - they gave me 0345 609 0062. I rang this and CSA answered, but no one named Emma in department had called me. Was told I had to have NI number to find case, no other way, so call back with NI number. Also my kids are all over 20 which isn t under CSA jurastriction - extremely dodgy

The number onscreen was the 0800 number but when listening to voicemail, the carrier gave a different number and the number left in the message for me to call was the same and not the 0800 number. SCAM This number is actually owned by a legitimate person who has nothing to do with the automated calls received, pertaining to be from Amazon. They have stolen the number and are using it to scam people for their credit card details. I believe they have now found a way to generate random numbers that will show up on your call display, yet are not from the sender.
