I have just found out that my 94yr old mother has been cold called by this Company and persuaded her to buy insurance for washer and cooker that she did not need last took payment for £228 in sept 2017 then £258 in Dec It seems that they took the 2nd payment because they already had her card no. Brighter Homes called me today on this number offering vouchers for double glazing etc. I told them I was registered with the Telephone Preference Service, and not to call again. This company uses pressure selling techniques to sell double glazing. The company was featured on the Watchdog rogue traders program. Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck.
