SPAM This number is from a batch of similar numbers: 07488871703. 07488871758, 07488871735, 07488871757, 07488871649, 07488871624, 07488871560. Many have been missed calls and the rest I let ring out. I rang back and they all have had an answering machine with the same female voice putting me in a queue and at no point saying who they are. Whoever they are, they have the ability to have or create many numbers. They get blocked and move onto another number and call back.
This caller is phoning my land line 4 & 5 times a day, but never leaves a message. I find these calls disturbing. I am elderly and am scared of missing an important call.

Car accident scam - the lady said she understood I had been in an accident that was not my fault, when I said no, she asked when the accident had occurred, when I replied there never had been an accident - line went dead!
was called with a woman saying that she had information that I was involved in a car accident and wanted to know details. I haven't been in an accident at all so I asked her who had told her I'd had an accident and where did she get my number from. She ignored that and asked me again for details of the car accident. I posed the same question again to her. She terminated the call.
