This is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. All of them are used for some kind of telemarketing (sometimes also cold calling), seems to be working for non-profit organizations (Cancer Research UK and similar), but in fact nuisance. People did someone answer this number?

Received a call today. Asian male asked if I get nuisance calls and that he can stop them. He then correctly told me my address and postcode. He then asked if I would give him my bank number as he needed to check if it was the same as the one he had. When I asked him to tell me what number he had he said that he wasn't allowed. I told him he was a nuisance caller and to **** off. He hung up. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR DETAILS.
This number is the Blood Donor Service .... rang to confirm my next appointment and to ask if I have been well since my last donation. Very polite gentleman. As a regular donor for many years I have no problem with them contacting me.
