Sales call from a company calling themselves 'Money Mayday' along about missold bank accounts.

This number called today saying he was calling from the call blocking service and wanted me to confirm the expiree date of my bank card. Refused and he dropped the call I refused

American recorded voice told me that I had had a law suit filed against me. Asked me to press 1 to contact my case officer. Obviously I did not do so. Obvious scam.

Definitely a scam. BT, Openreach, TalkTalk, Virgin etc., will never call you about a technical issue unless you contact them. NEVER call unknown numbers back and NEVER press ...

PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.....When I answered several months ago the "indian" sounding lady at the other end simply said "we are coming to your house this evening to kill you...what do you think about that?".....I put the phone down...THE POLICE are totally helpless in cases like this...apparently this company is NOT breaking any laws!!!...DO NOT ANSWER....they rang me again today which went unanswered...which proves their stupidity...but then it comes as not surprise!

A woman with a West African accent phoned me at 4.30 pm on 12th July 2012. She asked me how my "claim" was progressing and whether she could help. Obviously a telemarketing call because there was the usual buzz of conversation in the background. The annoying thing is that I m on the Telephone Preference List of people who should *NOT* be contacted by telemarketers. Unfortunately, it doesn t seem to have worked in this case. its from littlewoods, my son has an account with them, he missed a payment, so they now constantly badger him/us, his bill has been paid off and they are still ringing! Surely this is harassment!
