Answered the phone to them- would tell them my name- the blithe was rude to me then hung up!!!!!
As above an Indian chap who said that his name was Jasper, we sometimes get called 20 times a day, he says that he is from Microsoft calling as they have noticed some issues with my operating system. I let him go on for a while, he wanted me to sign in and let him take control of my pc, I then said that I was a licensed Microsoft engineer and the line went dead immediately.
Apparently I'm going to be getting a letter about a refund I'm due...
