Part of a block-dialing network usually starting with 020 8058 xxxx, phone rings, if you answer call is hung up. No doubt part of a vile scammer outfit using auto-dialers - I get 020 8058 calls a couple of times a month.

Seems to have a database out with data protection laws/ no protection from GDPR, and information shared or sold by others.
