Claimed our website has errors and asked to speak to someone in charge so I demanded details which she couldn t give, I kept her on the phone for a while (I was bored so thought I d wind her up a bit) told her not call again.

Three rings then cut off.

Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. This is Vodafone but why use an unidentified number. As previously stated by other contributors, I cancelled my contract and requested my PAC to go to another provider. I will not change my mind as the Service is not awesome.

Really bad scam waste broker offering bins and skips. The contract traps you into a long term of service. They overcharge, they make up charges, their staff are rude, customer service is non existent and they charge you for your bin collections even when they don't turn up. If you leave them they set debt collection agents on you!
