This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. Was getting 3 or 4 sometimes more calls a day from a company called Intello. when I answered they would just hang up on me. called them back from a landline (how I know who they are) and told them to stop calling my number, see if it lasts.
