who is this and where did they get my number from?? i did get someone at the other end earlier today , they mumbled something, called me by a name then the line went dead. I can only assume that whoever was on the other end was a complete arsehole and i would not want to speak to him again anyway. time the authoroties got a grip with these cold callers and put a stop to it. telephone preference registration is a complete waste of time!!!

Caller claimed she was from BT and that other people were using my internet line. She wanted me to test something using my computer. She knew one of my email addresses, but not the one provided by BT. She gave daft or evasive answers to my questions.
