Fraud Caller says they are from the fraud department of your credit card. They then say they are checking on a suspicious transaction which is bogus of course. They say they will block the account but only once they email you a one time pass code which they want read back to them. It’s a scam and was confirmed by the genuine fraud department once I called them.

Caller from this number stated that hmrc were giving back tax paid on ppi claims. I was due over £6000! Proceeded to ask me help to fill R40 form, my date of birth and then my national insurance number. At that point I asked her to send me the form as I didn't want to give my details. I think this could be a scam.

This Colchester number seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1206680xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with "Insurance Review" regarding Life Insurance, PPI from Easy Claims Collection.... Claimed to be from Tesco with some kind of reward for being a loyal customer. Had my name and address right, but my postcode was wrong. Because of his strong Jamaican accent, I couldn't work out how much I was being offered in vouchers. He wanted to know how old I am. He guessed 30s to 40s.
