These guys have been onto me too, claiming i owe them, CSG for some child safety booklets - i sent a reply to their email with links to this and many other pages which they conveniently have not received . He calls from the office landline, his own mobile - whatever he can to get through. Very pushy sales techniques to try and book you in for months of really expensive advertising. Always deadline s here, need a decision today and when you say no he comes back a day or two later with another deadline! Borderline harassment now...

Rang my mother . Knew all her details. Pretended to be British Gas and said if she paid 199.99 now she would save money. They even knew her BG home service plan was up for renewal soon. He was so polite and convincing, she gave her bank card details. Luckily Nationwide have done a visa dispute and refunded her. We have phoned trading standards, British gas . Written a cancellation letter to so called company. This needs to go to Watchdog.
