Received malicious phone calls several times with the same message. Recorded message saying phone and internet will be disconnected tomorrow as our IP address has been used to hack a government website (because thats believable). It said if we don't call an 0161 number (i didn't even bother getting the rest) our internet and phone line would be cut off despite saying the exact same thing the day before and surprise surprise im here using the internet right now? Blocked number being able to contact us again.
I answered the call and said "hello" 3 or 4 times but no one responded so I hung up and blocked the number.

These tried to ring my o2 phone today 04-05-2023 ive reported it to o2 as i know nobody from the liverpool area so they have no reason to be trying to call my mobile I answered it and they slammned the phone down on me but i won't be attempting to ring them back From today our prime minister has made all cold calls illegal so im hoping these types are stopped but not holding my breath because they think they are the law and can do as they want!

Did not understand when I asked if that was all one word or 2 words, must be a question asked by others Im sure.. She passed me on to another lady and she was not much better. Scam callers trying to fish for banking details so they can rob you. Had multiple calls from this and similar numbers (ending 4301 to this 4309) all exactly the same, all late at night too between 7.30pm and 8.30pm, so not from a legit company as its illegal to phone you this late. I pretty much autoblock all 020 numbers now as they re always some kind of dodgy call centre trying to rob you. Blocked.
