Had a call today at 12.31 from this number, with a particularly nasty scam. He told me his name was "Peter" (though his accent was asian) and that he was from the "computer licensing department". He informed me that my computer has been running from two IP addresses and that it would be shut down if I didn t act. I realised this was a scam and pressed him for details - asking him: Computer licensing Department of what? His answers were vague but his final bid was words to the effect of this: Do you want t

Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me! This is a scam number who will tell you they are from BT. They will ask you to use a laptop or phone to fix ypur internet... DO NOT DO IT they must surely be trying to steal al...

Silent call

When I answered the caller could be heard in the background not speaking. After around 3 secs the caller hung up. Very strange.
