SCAM Has tried several times to tell me that I have no loft insulation-when asked does he know who he is calling and where and how does he know, he prattles on for 30 seconds and then must realise that he is getting nowhere. Today I just said "its you again" and he said "have a nice day" and rang off. He needs to be stopped before he does real damage!

Rang saying that they were trying to improve the travel industry and that they were calling me as I have or had a time share. I said I don't and haven't and wasn't interested. The person was polite and pleasant & said thank you without sounding sarcastic or unpleasant.

Very rude tried ringing back to talk to manager but again hung up on me

Tricked into giving account details and money taken from my account.

Serial caller.

They call saying I have been in a road accident and they MUST speak to me. They have been known to phone in middle of night. How many insurance companies (if that's what they are) would do such a thing.

Poor line quality. Asked for money for Centre point. Did not know how I had previously donated (credit card/bank) or last 4 digits of card.

An Asian caller soon transferred me to a guy in Brighton making an illegal call to charge me an extortionate amount for 3 years cover after the warranty has expired on a washing machine that I've never owned. These UK centres should be closed down and fined by our "caring" system.
