This is probably a scam. I got home to an answerphone message in an American accent saying it was from a Legal firm (no identity given) and that I should phone back urgently to prevent legal action being taken. A reputable call would give a contact name and the name of the business calling.
Didn't finish leaving message. Will block. 4th unwanted/scam call this morning ... BT Protect is waste of time.
