Didn't answer as I don't know anyone who's number begins with 020 and I've had a few different calls with that prefix all of which were nuisance calls.
I contacted Ideal World on their Facebook Via private message and asked for my number to be removed they replied saying they would and it will be 24/48 hrs. Worth trying.
