Scam line. Calls are made from outside of the UK (Gold Coast), trying to get recipients to visit a scam website. The caller gets the recipient to perform some tasks on their PC, claiming that it is infected. If you ask for their number, they provide this one. If you call them back you are diverted to the caller in the Gold Coast. Do not call. Do not respond. Report this to the police.
They try to hack your account number. You will get instructions how to do some technician things on your laptop, and magically, youll see that you can get 200 refund because your router isnt compatible with some things. Then, you'll be instructed to log on to your bank account - if you will do that, They will see your credentials
