This is somewhat disturbing given such opposite accounts as to whether this number is a genuine BOS number. We received a very curt letter from the BOS saying they were going to effectively lock our account if we didn't call this number and give them 'information' that they had asked for in a previous letter. We had received no such letter. I rang our normal BOS telephone number, asked about the letter, and they said it was genuine! I was put through to another department that asked for our full company nam
