Making contact with my business suppliers asking for me personally and for me to call them on this number they are also on 01872266136. When calling back they admitted using the internet to gather info in an attempt to catfish me. Not sure this is legal nor in line with GDPR regulations. We'll see solicitor looking into this.

I called this number back and a young man answered, polite enough and answered my questions without any hassle. He said it was a PPI claim company in Manchester. When I asked why it came up as a Dundee (01382) number he said it's automatically routed to main base in Manchester. I've had 3 missed calls from them so did 141 on landline.
