He then said he would put me on with his highly accredited colleague who then asked me to install an app called Anydesk so that he could screen share charts with me. International call claiming to be from BT. Chinese woman indicating a paymnet was due. Terminated the call.

Appears to be a scam. Automated ringer claimed to be inland revenue and threatened legal action.
