Answered the call by saying hello curtly and the call was immediately ended.

I thought I would go along with it (I'm not with O2) because the longer they are on the phone to me, they aren't scamming someone else. Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. They are actually a very friendly and knowledgeable company.

Repeated calls, they never leave a message and clear as soon as my answer machine cuts in. When I do answer and ask them why they have called a number in the T.P.O. they clear without saying another word. Rude and dishonest and don t respect the rules of the T.P.O. AVOID !!!!!!

A man claimed he was from a company called "Speed" who rudely demand to know why I hadn t made a claim for the accident I d apparently been in. The last accident I d been involved in was a few years ago and upon hearing me start to explain this he hung up before I finished speaking.
