TalkTalk claim them but don t have records of their calls. They managed to cancel a transfer to another company without my permission. Talk Talk are prohibited from contacting you while a transfer is going through, other than by letter. I think this is an iffy way round the rules. They don t use TT main 0800 telephone number. No records kept. Trading standards next I think

I m on TPS as well as careful about giving out my number, so I can only imagine they are using one of those random dialer machines, which as far as I am aware, are illegal. Reported to TPS, Ofcom and my mobile service provider. Hopefully one of them will stop these idiots calling.
