This is an external number very possibly india - set up to come through 0800 exchange - as everyone who has made a comment here re how often they call I suggest if it is virgin media with an offshore call center they need to close it or at least have them able to answer everyones questions and not just repeat their own questions off a printed list - everyone hates annoying pestering calls close it down or do some proper training for ur advertizements / new packages

All you need to know is that they are scammers who try to target people claiming that they can unlock your pension (for a large fee of course). They are NOT authorised by ANY government body.
