The number is a marketing company using automated surveys i.e recorded messages with press button that for this and press button this for that type responses. In my case, the survey related to using a NatWest service where I had supposedly contacted a NatWest call agent to discuss some aspect of my bank account. In other words the survey was a 'feedback' survey of the service I had allegedly just used. Hence other's comments about getting calls from this number straight after making such a call. The issue f
