Supposedly from Microsoft, again, a lot of call centre like chatter. Indian man said he was from Microsoft. I said I was only 15 - actually 21, he was happy about this and still asking if I owned the computer in which he had the Id or some sort of computing address, I said that I don't have a computer - which I do, and he called me a liar and said that he knows I have a computer !. I then said I was ringing the police as I had their number and he offered to pay me not to as he was the real deal!, bloody idi

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20331881xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident chasers, insurance marketing - "Have you been involved in a car accident that wasn't your fault?". Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

SCAM

Called using my first name only (overly familiar I find). I asked where they got my number and the man didn't answer, just said they were calling about life insurance on behalf of Lloyds, Scottish Widows to name two that I remember. I said I don't engage in conversations about any such matters on the phone and asked them to take my number off their list and hung up. Have blocked number.

It is a scam. They call you as people from HMRC and ask for payment details. BEWARE

SCAM

This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. When they call you can hear a nuisance in the background, classical open space... Nuisance call for me.
