I answered an E-mail about a holiday discount. I then had to reply by inserting a Pin number on my mobile. They have a lot of cheek cos they do not tell you upfront about the charges. I phone my Mobile account holder O2 and they were great. They stopped any future charges, however I will telephone the 08000 number demanding a refund.
Thank you for that. They keep calling,but say nothing. Glad to know it's not sinister!
