They were not very helpful or interested, did say when they last called me, which didn't match these calls, so I said will they investigate this number and the reply was, Oh there are a lot of calls made making out they are from the Halifax, just use number on the back of your card. Called me on my none 02 number calling it was due for renewal. Dint mention me or my wife by name. Was driving so advice he phone my land line . He didn't. He claimed he was handling all 02 contracts. Reported it to 02. Had others like this from other numbers.
