Had an unexpected power cut yesterday and this was a courtesy call checking that everything was ok. I already gave them my number so was happy for them to call me.

I checked my o2 account today and it said that i have 4.50 3 times this month of a company called ume ltd.i live text o2 they told me to text stop to them and to call them for a refund .i tried to call them but goes to answer phone and to leave name and number and will contact me in 2 working days. I live text o2 this evening and they have barred 3rd party on my account and given me their email to complain i think this is a scam and a goverment one ps authority.org .uk .hopefully i can get my money back
