I received one of these calls on my answer machine and phoned them back when I had checked google out. It does sound like a genuine Nat West survey and although I do not have an account with them some of my family do. I carried on to the first question and it wanted to know how long I was queuing on my last visit to Nat West. I then hung up as I don t know the answer. I believe this is probably because either my son or daughter has visited a branch recently.
Didn't hear the phone ring but as I have a few people I know in Manchester thought it mint be one of them. I tried to phone the number back but it wouldn't dial.
