Don t very often speak to cold callers but did today and was told it was a government backed scheme to replace old windows with new at discounted prices. I told the guy I was not interested at the moment, he said if I had a quote now I could keep that quote until I needed to replace my existing windows. I asked him not to phone again would report him to the police for harassment. He said was I accusing him of being a scam. To go to my computer he would tell me the license no from my account. I said no way. I asked him what (name of company) were going to do about the problem. He dropped the call.
