Pestering call

Asian Guy rang a number of times saying they were from social services asking to speak to Mr Garrett Told them a number of times that person does not live here but they kept call our number being a persistent nuance even when we threatened to report them to the police. Bought a New phone with BT Call Guardian Best buy ever Have now blocked this nuance caller.

Claims to be Amazon . My account been debited for £300+ apparently

I believe this to be a telephone/banking scam. They purported to be my bank but they said they wanted me to open another account and transfer money from my account into this other account - at that point I stopped the call and called the number on the back of my debit card and reported the call to my bank fraud department.

Claimed I had a car accident in last 3 years. Said company was called LRA and that the were legally regulated by the law society. I then hung up. Person was very aggressive

SCAM The caller was a recording with a female voice with American/Canadian accent. She told me she was from security at my bank card (no account name or bank) and I had £10,000 taken from my account and £2000 by PayPal. If I was not aware of these transactions I should press button 1. This call is identical to many others I have received with the same voice but differing amounts. No bank card or account is ever identified. It is a Scam to get you to press button 1 and make your phone open to the scam

These people chase me to make a claim for an accident from 2014, but it's simply an excuse to get my personal details. I constantly block their numbers and they call a few days or weeks later, on a different number...

Jessica, claiming to be from BT, warning about hacking of my internet connection. Strung her along a bit but she hung up when I asked if it was the Russians!

Got a call from 01246 255920 it was the same company UK Finance who keep ringing me on different numbers. They said i am due 10 year bank charges but could not tell me which bank. I just keep them on the line saying i need to write the number down then can't find my glasses etc. It must be 6 times they have called asking me to ring 0913 1240 871 which could cost me around £25 a call as it is a premium number. Of course once i do ring 0913 they can then release my cheque. I must have wasted at least an hour

PPI claims for you. Ring continuously despite having been told to remove our number. Also this firm uses different telephone numbers to ring us
