An extremely rude man (possibly antipodean accent) identified himself as being from the "Credit Protection Association", asking for our MD. My request for the reason for his call was met with abuse, so I ceased conversing with him. When I phoned back the number to make a complaint, I was met with a recorded message telling me I had received a marking call from the Credit Protection Association before it disconnected my call.

My partner pays his Credit card at the end of each month since he changed his job. He asked this company to change the date the payments came out. Meant moving DD from the 20th of each month to the 30th. They refused!For the past 3 months, from the 20th to the 30th we have received approx 6 calls a day!! This is an ambulance chaser they also use phone number 08452867968. I guess they have other numbers similar except for the last number they have phoned me 10-15 times and I am registered with the TPS. REPORT THEM they are blatantly ignoring the law.
