I was called by this number this morning. They told me they were calling regarding my licence from MICROSOFT being lapsed. They told me they would be able to renew my licence and could show me how to remove hackers from my laptop. I allowed these people access to my laptop thinking I was removing the hackers and viruses from the laptop. They gained access to my files and I have had money removed from my bank account (now closed).

This number has been phoning my mobile over the past few weeks and asking for Valerie Pritchard - THIS IS NOT ME. I have told them politely that it is not her mobile number. Today I asked the young man what company he was phoning from - he put the phone down. Five minutes later another man accused me of lying - saying I know it's you Valerie. lets get down to talking business. Apparently they are a Financial Repayment. He was extremely rude to me. Rang four times a day for the last few days. Rang the number back after coming up clear on google. Got automated message saying I was rang by 1st Call Group. The number is a Manchester number but based in South Africa, which is suspicious to start with. Looking at their client list on their website, includes many PPI companies, Ambulance chasers, and other undesirables.
They keep phoning and hanging up when I say hello.I think the person in the call centre gets paid for each call they make so they keep phoningRandom times and days and sometimes in a row.????????????????????????????

It's a company called G11. Phoned asking to speak with 'Accounts Payable' relating to an invoice. Asked for invoice number, caller hung up. G11 are an international payments company trying to deceive their way into the company through false claims.
