Weird call about investments, asking for an name I don t recognise. Advised them they must have the wrong number. Caller asked if this was a business line, when told no, ended the call.

This number rings me constantly who is it

I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. I did contact my bank and various other bodies but no success. They were no where to be found. It angers me how they have managed to rip people off and get away with it so easily. The call from this number was supposedly from BT saying my landline was to be cut off. I checked with my provider who confirmed this was a scam call as none of my service is from BT. My provider has referred the number to their specialist department for investigation.

Rang and I did not accept the call. Immediately rang again. I still rejected it.

Received a call on my cell phone which flagged a call from the Seychelles. It rang three times and then cut off.

Scam call asking for details of my lawyer, for tax default. Claimed to have written to me and wanted details from me. I didn t give them any of my details, they said because I wouldn t give them my information the police would be round my house in a couple of hours to arrest me. Person on the phone did not speak very good English as was definitely not from the HMRC.

15 calls from them today, on both landline and mobile, I am totally fed up of Vanquis, they are totally unsympathetic to you, my wife has a serious illness and they don t care. I have about 20 different numbers that they call from, cant block them but at least can see its them calling.

Pestered with messages from this company trying to sell home insurance.

They want help with a cold calls and it also does not cost much. They promise 100 percent fewer calls. It is itself just a cold call.

They called and said it was a confidential matter and wanted my details so I asked for the companies name but refused to give it as this would prejudice the situation so I advise that their is no provision within the DPA 1988 which states that they are not allowed to disclosed their details prior to me disclosing mine.
