14 Dec 2021 - I got a call from 044 1235 590638 in India. I was dumb enough to dial back for the missed call number. I was placed on HOLD and no one answered my call for the 6 minutes of wait time. I would like to know if I have been scammed in anyway. Kindly let me know if you can. Reply

Phoned to offer me a fully qualified surveyor to check my windows and doors for any unnecessary heat loss and just leave me that information, plus if there s anyone between ages of 58 and 85 living in the house we will also qualify for the funding , just to keep for the future as a sort of lifeline if you like if we do decide to change anything in the future. She did give me their office number, which was the same as 1

got 2 calls in the space of half an hour from this number, claiming to be from Microsoft and that my "Windows computer" has downloaded a virus without my knowledge. Not according to my a/v software, which is active on all the windows machines at home. Usual scam, supply a credit card number which will get fleeced, but more worryingly they will ask for control of your windows computer to download that very virus they were talking about to your machine.

Company have been passed a file saying I was involved in an accident in the last 3 years. Sorry I haven t. This person just ended the call. Only answered it because it was a local number.

Missed call. Didn’t hold on long so I didn’t get to it in time anyway.

No message left on my answer machine. I did not respond. I’ve received several dubious calls from Wales numbers recently, cannot understand why.

We are called 3-4 times a day. Every time, I tell them to take us off their calling list (as you are advised to say!), but they just won t stop. They start before 9am and still call into late evening. Their treat is, "if you just answer our questions then we will stop ringing you" . . in other words, if you don t we will continue to annoy you.

Don’t waste your breath talking to these people. Put the phone down on them immediately or if you are so minded, just tell them to **** off . . . they’ll get the idea.

These people keep calling me to contact someone who has never lived at my address and have consequently never been on my phone number, no matter how many times I tell them this they refuse to take my number from their records. They are parasites feeding on the backs of peoples misfortune. Very rude, pushy telemarketer insisting on speaking to company owner after being told several times they were not based at this site. Asking for personal mobile, refusing to give any info about where they were calling from. Hung up.
