This number claimed to be from Talktalk, they called my wife and informed her that her Internet was suffering from attended hacking. They even had her Customer ID. A lady with an Indian accent talked her through a procedure on her laptop to clean up the hacking files, not knowing she was giving them remote access to her laptop. They also claimed she has been over paying for a security service and she was due a refund of ?200. She was advised that the money has been paid into her bank account and advices
